Emilia Tri Setyowati has been working for an NGO for 24 years, primarily focusing on agriculture and rural areas. She is developing a livelihood program aimed at increasing farmers’ incomes and promoting gender equality within the agricultural value chain. She is a professional trainer, consultant, and mentor with over 15 years of experience in community development, women’s empowerment, social enterprise, and MSMEs. She is Executive secretary of Bina Swadaya Foundation, Board of Indonesia Organic Alliance and former President Indonesia Organic Alliance (2021 – 2024)
